I wanted further hamper White's dark squared bishop.} 13.c4 Bb4 $2 {But this move is a turkey. I try to be too clever by half. I should have just sidestepped the pawn's attack with 13.Qf5 or 13.Qd7 or faced off against White's queen with 13.Qa5.} 14.Qc2 {But White does not cash in. Why? Because I am ignoring a potential skewer on my d8 rook.} 19.a3 {White pushes back my knight as a prelude to initiating the skewer.} 19...Na6 20.Bd4 {First attacking the h8 rook . . .} 20...Rhg8 21.Bf6 {and skewered!} 21...Qd7 22. To save the bishop I must move my queen else 25.c5 wins the bishop.} 24...f6 {but I don't see the threat. Bye, bye bishop.
